This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.
My Project
The rewards and prizes will be used to incetivize students when they build their focus and level of responsibility as they prepare for 1st grade. Students receive incentives for completing their classroom jobs, remembering to turn in their homework folders, and move up our color chart for positive work habits.
Rewarding hard work and responsibility with exciting prizes incentivize students to be consistent with habits that will prepare them for 1st grade and life in general!
Students earn daily and weekly prizes from our classroom store/Treasure box when they complete their class jobs and remember to complete our routines meant to build their level of responsibility.
