My Project

Rewarding students in preschool is important for their development and motivation. By providing rewards, whether it’s praise, stickers, or small treats, children learn to associate their actions with positive outcomes, motivating them to continue engaging in desirable behaviors. The items selected will encourage student participation and they will be able to select a reward for many occasions.

Rewards boost children’s self-esteem and confidence by validating their efforts and accomplishments, no matter how small.

This positive reinforcement fosters a sense of pride in their abilities and motivates them. Through consistent reinforcement of positive behaviors such as sharing, cooperation, and empathy, preschoolers learn valuable social skills that are essential for their future interactions with peers and adults. Overall, rewarding students not only enhances their academic performance but also promotes their social and emotional development, contributing to their overall growth and success.
