Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students come to school every day with a drive to learn, but they also deserve to be recognized for the small victories: showing kindness, persevering through a hard math problem, or helping a classmate. I want to build a Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) prize box that turns these moments into celebrations.

By supporting this project, you are providing engaging, non-food incentives—like motivational stickers, colorful highlighters, squishy stress balls, and creative Play-Doh—that give students something to work toward.

This prize box will serve as a powerful tool to build self-esteem, encourage responsibility, and create a supportive, positive classroom environment. Thank you for helping my students feel valued and excited to make great choices every day!
