My Project

Before the STAAR test, we dedicate five days to thoroughly reviewing all the material our students have learned over the year. As part of this comprehensive review, each student will decorate a pillowcase showcasing their learning. These personalized pillowcases will be taken home the night before the exam, providing a tangible connection to their education. Research indicates that this hands-on approach enhances retention and academic success. Not only does this activity reinforce learning, but it also fosters dialogue between parents and students, who can proudly display their educational journey in their homes, sparking meaningful conversations.
