Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are very diverse and come from low-economic homes. They want to read well, but COVID-19 has had major effects on their reading, and many more are behind grade level.

These seats will provide a comfortable place for them to sit, be able to wiggle, and focus on growing in reading.

They will make my intervention classroom a warmer and more welcoming place for them. Many students struggle with anxiety and have a hard time focusing, and these seats will support them in this.
