My Project

Our dramatic play center is more than just fun—it’s an important part of learning. With materials such as doctor kits, hairstyling and barber tools, puppets, kitchen sets, dress-up clothes, and play food, children explore real-world roles and practice important social skills. As they care for a “patient,” style a friend’s hair, or act out stories with puppets, they learn to communicate, cooperate, and solve problems. Dramatic play also supports literacy and math as children write pretend appointment slips, read signs, sort materials, and use play money. Most importantly, it fosters creativity, imagination, and confidence. This hands-on area helps children understand their world while strengthening key social and academic skills.
