This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

In the Montessori classroom, we begin each year with 5 great lessons: The Story of the Universe, The Timeline of Life, The Coming of Humans, The History of Language, and The History of Math.

Art projects encourage students' creativity and help them incorporate their newly acquired information.

These books and art supplies will support the child through all five lessons and give them hands-on artistic and creative experience. The solar system is always a favorite topic with its intriguing colors and unknown possibilities. The paper is perfect for oil pastel drawings of our planets and the watercolor paper is great for art projects of any nature!
