My Students

I have a classroom full of boys that are hungry for engaging and interesting books to read.

Our school is a wonderful place to learn and play.

We have a wonderful community of learners from around the world. There are so many different cultures to explore and learn about at our school. Our classroom is full of wonderful readers that can't get enough books.

My Project

I teach a wonderful group of second graders this year. They are all smart and voracious readers. The resources I am requesting are more nonfiction reading materials that will help my students with their critical thinking. We need Time for Kids magazines, Sports Illustrated, and Scholastic News magazines. There are always new and exciting books out there for young readers. I want to have multiple copies of those titles so that all students that want them can access them.

Donating to this project will put more reading materials in the students' hands.

It will enhance our classroom library by offering students a variety of reading materials that would not be available to them otherwise.
