My Project

The various art supplies that I am requesting will allow my students to let their inner artist come alive. In our community, art teachers are few and far between, so many of my students never have a chance to use their art skills. After state testing, we try to incorporate subjects that the students really don't get a chance to take part in throughout the year. When assigning projects during the year, many of the students lack the supplies that they need in order to create the projects that they are capable of making. My goal for this project is to allow my students to create their best art without worrying about if they have the right colors, paper, materials, etc. in order to create their perfect masterpiece. My students are special because they come from various cultures, and many can't even speak the language yet, but they are very expressive with their art. I can't wait to see what their mind creates!
