NNHS will be adding a third teacher to the Visual Arts program this year! With your support, we can ensure they can start the new school year with the resources needed to build upon the school's legacy of artistic excellence.
Having not had a third art teacher for many years, we're starting from the ground-up.
We don't receive our yearly budget until a few months into the school year, so being able to present a supply of paper, rulers, paints and pencils, and more to the new teacher without exhausting our end-of-the-year supplies will be incredibly helpful in creating a successful environment for learning.
The philosophy of the NNHS Visual Art Program is to provide foundational creative opportunities to all skill levels and motivate students to want to grow as an artist. Evidenced by the program's multiple state-level award winners and strong AP art classes. With the addition of a new art teacher, the opportunity to further elevate and expand this esteemed program has emerged.
