Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
Our Computer Science Pathway is built upon a very hands on and intricate atmosphere. Students often work in teams designed to develop the best software products, using the strengths of very different individuals for the betterment of the collective group and ultimate product.
The best designs, in any field, are made by diverse teams.
As we endeavor to diversify the teams our students work in, team building activities become a critical part of their success. One of the activities we do, using materials like the ones we are asking for in this project, is making friendship bracelets, necklaces, keychains, etc. using a unified color scheme throughout the team.
