Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

We are looking to get some of the basic classroom supplies to help our students be successful. Folders for keeping up with their work, fresh crayons and glue to do projects with and new pencils and writing paper for getting all of their ideas out!

By simply having access to these supplies without worrying about needing to bring them from home takes a huge load off of the kids minds.

We truly see such a difference in their work and attitudes when they don't have to borrow from a friend or rely on the teacher to pass it out. Each child gets what they need, when they need it!
