This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

Walt Disney once said, "Imagination is the mold from which reality is created." My students need your help to make their imaginations soar.

My classroom is always filled with inquisitive minds ready to learn.

We are located in a low socioeconomic area so our school is a Title 1 school where over 90% of our students are on free or reduced lunch. Our student body is made up of immigrant children just beginning to learn English or first generation Americans who are the first ones in their families to speak English.

My Project

My students really need the paper and other supplies requested to be able to make abstract content more concrete. The paper and glue requested will be used to create books, foldables, projects, and resources that the students can learn from and take home to use as study guides. The paper will also be used to create materials to be used in differentiated instruction. These materials will help me create materials that will cater to my students individual needs.

Your generosity in providing these materials for our students will undoubtedly change my students learning perspective and will allow them to see how important learning is to them and to the community.
