Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

All of my students are most engaged in people, places, and cultures around the world due to our English literature studies. We have targeted the Afro-Diaspora for the past 5 months by reading novels that have linked Africa to the UK as well as America. This helps the students to understand that there is an entire world out there far beyond their neighborhood.

The banner, bracelets, and balloons enhance the learning space and make what was once invisible visible for all to see!

We are very thankful to you all for making our learning space a place where children want to spend time in.
