This project is for math testing at my school. Funding can be tricky at my school and we are in desperate need of pencils and batteries for our calculators. I want testing days to be easy and stress-free for our teachers and students at our school.
Being a Title I school, resources are very limited, so it is hard to guarantee the best supplies to help them our students at our school.
Our students work hard and are extremely motivated, and I want them to feel successful during their middle school experience.
My Project
The materials I am asking for will help all the students in our school. Due to lack of funding, and working at a Title I school, sometimes asking for basic supplies can be a difficult task for many families. The supplies listed below will help tremendously in helping them feel successful in the classroom and while testing. Students need proper supplies and that is why I am only asking for two items.
Pencils and batteries.
With your help, I can help provide pencils for all the students at my school during testing. We are in desperate need of good quality pencils to use during testing.
Another huge ask is the need for batteries. We have over 800 students and a lot of calculators that are in need of new batteries. At this point of the year, we have a lot of calculators that are dead, due to using them all last year so with your help we can make sure that calculators and set and ready to use for classwork and testing.
