My Project

I teach biomedical science to high school students in grades 9, 10, 11 and 12.

Due to the laboratory nature of the classes I teach, I do not allow the students to have any food in my room during the school year, in order to follow proper safety precautions.

To both give them both incentive and a reward, I'd love to provide them with snacks as we make our way through the last few weeks of school. My kids are bright, loving, caring, fun and funny people that I love dearly.

They have worked exceptionally hard all year, and end with a two day exam after a few weeks of preparation. Additionally, my 3rd and 4th year students will be completing exams for industry certifications that will enable them to go out into the biomedical field armed with a tool kit of transportable skills most employers find desirable.

These snacks will help them feel cared for and seen as they enter the home stretch of this school year.
