Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Students

The students that I serve are in a low-income community, but these students are the most loyal and deserving children you will ever meet. These students make due with what they have and they strive to be better everyday. I serve two schools: an elementary school and a middle school, both in the heart of a large city n Georgia. The students at both schools have great needs.

These students are extra special and they deserve all the chances that kids in every other school get.

They want to learn just as bad and they deserve to be given the same opportunities.

My Project

My students were so elated to be recently funded a new laptop to use when they're having group sessions with me. Now, they need to be able to use the laptop for typing and creating projects, and they also need to be able to print things that they do on the computer. We need an anti virus protection for the computer so it won't get a virus, we need a Microsoft key in order to activate Microsoft office on the computer, and we also need ink for our printers so the kids can print off any projects they create or anything they write on the computer.
