This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students love to explore, be creative, and share their knowledge with their peers. I love to provide an engaging environment for them because they are then able to express themselves as they learn.

Along with being great learners, my students are great citizens, and I always encourage them to continue to enjoy learning and be unique individuals.

They always try their best and challenge themselves every day. This is an age where they are learning to read and write, and their minds grow a mile a minute!

My Project

I am always looking to improve my teaching and my skills to be the best educator I can be. I am looking to take a professional development online course that will help me improve my technology skills. I would like to take a course through LaVerne University called Tech Tools For The Classroom. This course will teach me a variety of technology applications and how to integrate them into my teaching and lessons. It will allow me to have a toolbox full of sites that will allow me to redesign my lessons and make my teaching more engaging in the future. I appreciate you amazing support to be able to take this course!
