My Project

This project will help me grow professionally by giving me the tools I need to stay organized, connected, and prepared during after‑school hours. With a reliable laptop, I will be able to complete required trainings, participate in professional development sessions, and access resources that strengthen my skills in classroom management, communication, and activity planning.

As I continue to learn new strategies, I will apply them directly to my work—creating lessons that are more engaging, maintaining clearer communication with families, and improving the overall structure of our after‑school program.
