My Project

This year my 3rd graders will be taking the state test on their Chromebooks. Many of my special education students receive occupational therapy to help with their fine motor skills for writing and grasping things in general. As part of their special education accommodations, many of my students will receive speech to text for written response due to a delay in their fine motor skills.

This project will provide headphones that will allow students to use their speech to text accommodation and a mouse to make navigating the test easier for them.

The projector and mouse will allow me to support my students better during the state test.
