Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students, without a doubt, are the most special, fun, smart, and entertaining kiddos. Our classroom is a first-grade classroom within a Title I public elementary school. Our incredible students are so resilient! For most students, the classroom and school are the most stable things in their lives. Especially in these times of uncertainty. I strive to create a fun, safe environment that facilitates learning for all levels and abilities!

My Project

The use of these iPads will help students access materials and supportive learning resources online. We are not a one-to-one school with technology and having these iPads will help my students access online platforms. We will use them for centers where students will review concepts and materials that have already been taught. We will also use them for assessment purposes. Many educational platforms provide data for teachers in an affordable and accessible way. We would love it if you help us reach our goal of getting technology into our classroom!
