This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

We have computer lab on Mondays and we only go for thirty minutes. The students are always looking forward to this day because this is their only chance to use a computer.

We live in California and for many students the computer lab is their only chance to use a computer because they don't have one at home.

They also get disappointed when we have a holiday on a Monday because that means they don't get to go to the computer lab.

My Project

I am requesting 1 tablet for my classroom. Having access to the Internet with this tablet, the students will be able to access information for projects throughout the day. They will also be able to obtain information about any of the themes we work on at school. All the students will be able to benefit.

Only you can help my students have access to a tablet computer in the classroom.

The students will gain so much knowledge in the classroom because they can research as much information as possible.

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
