My Students

Our school is very special and unique! My students are not only motivated and excited to learn a challenging foreign language of Japanese but they are all artists. They are dancers, actors, visual artists, instrumentalists, singers, and theater techs.

They come from different backgrounds but they have one thing in common.

They are all here to learn. They work very hard with long hours of school days. They need an reliable technology in every room they are in to learn better.

My Project

Getting a new Macbook will allow my students to better experience and explore the Japanese culture. They will be able to watch video clips about Japanese life to explore this unique culture.

The students will also be able to edit video projects and enjoy them with the help of our new computer!

A new Apple computer will allow these students to be as creative as they desire when doing projects.

In addition to these projects, students can use programs such as Google Voice to read a passage so that I can assess pronunciation or leave "voicemails" in Japanese so that I may continue to assess their speaking skills. With a new reliable computer, the both the teacher and students can work better and learn better!
