My Students

My students come to me from all walks of life, with vastly different backgrounds and abilities. Though different and unique, all of my students have what it takes to learn and strive to be the best students they can be.

My students enjoy learning in a variety of ways!

Whether we are working on math, science, or literacy, no two projects/activities are the same. They thrive off new, hands-on learning experiences to learn the content presented to them. They are very hard workers!

My Project

As a Kindergarten teacher, I see students start the year demonstrating a wide array of abilities. Some students are already proficient in many Kindergarten skills, but most students are not. They need that extra help, that push to acquire these skills to reach their highest potential! My job is to push students to do their best each and every day. The use of iPads can help students recognize that unrealized talent, that skill they haven’t yet discovered. The use of iPads can spark that interest in learning where other tools may not. Technology in Kindergarten can also start your child on the road to technological literacy: knowing to use tools to solve problems. Each and every student has what it takes to learn, and iPads can help with that road to discovery and success!

This additional technology will be used in our classroom to experience and create hands-on learning activities and projects for ALL of my students in math, reading, writing, science, and social studies!

Students will become more fluent in reading by listening to themselves and others read. They will become more proficient in math concepts too through the use of hands-on learning experiences! These iPads will allow ALL of my students to build the best possible foundation for themselves to be lifelong, successful learners!
