This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are a beautiful diverse group of individuals with a big passion to pursue excellence while being part of a supportive community of adults and students. They inspire everything I do! They do community reach out through virtual performances.

improvisations through standard notation and audio

recording.

rhythmic ideas or motives that reflect

characteristic(s) of music or text(s) studied in

rehearsal.

Students missed out on important performance and composition opportunities throughout COVID-19. Learning how to record and compose using iPad software will help to easily meet these standards. Knowing how to record properly was very important during the school shutdown and has become a staple in music programs that are still choosing to social distance and present virtual concerts.
