My Students

My students come from all different backgrounds but share the same common purpose; their love for education. When they enter my classroom every day, they do not just see it as a classroom but as a safe haven, a home. Many of the students that I teach come from homes that are broken and look to me and the classroom for an escape, one that will shelter them from harm.

My students deserve nothing but the best to help expose them to the world beyond their neighborhood in the hopes that they will soon have the chance to explore the world and all it has to offer.

My Project

Throughout my students time back into the building, they have been challenged with trying to overcome many hurdles due to the pandemic. This project is created to allow my students to close their gap in math while coupling it with modern technology in the classroom.

Funding for this project will not only provide my students with the opportunity to advance their learning but will also put them in a greater situation to become back on pace with the world in terms of their education post pandemic where my students were already behind.
