Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Students

My students are very special and desire a quality education in a safe clean inspirational learning environment. They are challenged by circumstances beyond their control however they thrive with effective teaching and relative resources. Some are below grade level, while others are progressing satisfactorily and exhibit special intellectual gifts. Each of my students is unique and each brings something meaningful and interesting to the classroom.

Multiple learning techniques and strategies benefit the diverse student population in my classroom.

Students depend on the school for the majority of their learning resources. My students benefit from the constant reassurance and interactions with dedicated educational professionals.

Curious and eager to learn new things is the best way to describe my class. My students are particularly interested in science and technology. Some are struggling readers, while others are above level readers whom all have a deep desire to learn. They come from diverse backgrounds and homes. Most students are from single parent households or are being raised by relatives other than their birth parents.

My school is a Title I public school located in Ecorse, Michigan

My Project

By having the option to work on iPad tablets, students will be able to work on math and science problems and keep focus on increasing their learning!

By donating to our project, you will not only help to improve and increase student attention and focus, you will ultimately help to increase their academic achievement.

Students will be able to work on updated technology and will increase their experience to use this technology to work in math and science curricula in the classroom. Students will benefit from having an additional resource to complete class work as well as their desire to learn and use the new technology!
