This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I have the best speech students and they are always seeking new and exciting ways to meet their goals. The tablet will give them endless possibilities to meet their goals in new and exciting ways. The tablet will also help me model new communication apps for my non-speaking students and determine which one is best for their specific needs.

It's the time of year when everyone's lips are dry.

The school isn't able to provide the student with chapstick. I want to help provide chapstick for my students so they aren't in pain with chapped lips.

Lastly, the visual timers will help my students stay motivated and on task during our sessions with the fun visual reminder.
