Tech and Coding and Robots, Oh My!

Help me give my students the experience of a lifetime with Coding and Robots! We need Makey Makey STEM Kits, Sphero Minis, and Robot Kits.

My Project

There are around 580 students that I serve in our STEM classroom weekly. I want to introduce them to coding in a fun and engaging way. The students are in grades K-5 and are so excited to walk into our STEM Lab to find out what we are doing next! My students are so special, they have such a desire to learn and engage in activities that include challenges, collaboration, and problem-solving.

They all come from a generation where technology is part of their daily life, but I want them to experience what happens before the program or games are seen on their phones/tablets.

The process of coding is a hands-on activity that can come to life when we use robots and coding programs. These students should be granted the opportunity to experience the world of technology, which will be their future! Please help us bring robots and coding into our classroom.
