This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Teamwork is an extremely important and valuable skill to learn. Each year, whether it be in my classroom of AVID students or my students that come on the Leadership Retreat with me, I always try to push students to achieve excellent and learn valuable teamwork skills.

Collaboration is such a huge part of modern life and if those skills are lacking, students will not be as successful as they could be.

These items such as rubber dots, rubber cones, balls, rubber chickens, a megaphone, and a variety of other items will be used in various team building activities that will teach the value of teamwork.
