This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

When people communicate and collaborate well in their respective groups, and when all the workers in a group act like one big team, it’s easy to make progress towards goals. But good teamwork doesn’t start happening overnight.

What makes teamwork work is team building.

Team building is a collective term for the activities you conduct, training you provide, and other efforts you make to help your teams build collaboration and communication skills needed to work together and meet common goals. Team collaboration is pivotal to the overall success of the team, especially in the classroom.

Implementing team building activities in the classroom will help promote team bonding, contribute to team chemistry that will ulitmately translate to strengthening the class as a whole.
