My Students

I have new students from Puerto Rico. That have lost so much, their homes, family members, and more. My students need extra support in the classroom. My students come from a variety of different backgrounds and learn in different ways. My students deserve a chance to have the advantages of other students. My students are from a low economic area. More than 75% of my students receive free or reduced-price lunch.

I want my students to have the same advantages that other students have while learning in the classroom.

We are in a Title I school and students are able to check out materials that they need for use at home. Students are able to use reading, math, and other supplies.

My Project

With many new students coming in from Puerto Rico, my students need to feel as if they are part of a team. Students will be able to use the team shirts for Field Day, Spirit Day, and on Field Trips. This will help me identify my students when doing these activities.

We are building team spirit in the classroom with T shirts.

Most student in my class cannot afford to buy team t shirts. This will help all of my students feel as if they are part of a classroom community that care for one another. Thank you for considering to support my students.
