My Students

Our students are the earliest learners. They come in with the natural wonder and excitement of all young people.

The students we teach come from struggling homes with a very high level of poverty and homelessness.

Many of our families struggle to meet basic needs, so we hope to ensure our students have all educational needs met in a warm, caring, and fun environment. We strive to teach students a love of learning and to never let go of the wonder they all have at five years old.

My Project

Many students come to school without having experiences that allow for personal responsibility.

Our team of educators are passionate about teaching students to be self sufficient, independent and proud.

One way to foster this is through jobs. Having the correct supplies will help students to take ownership of their classroom and taking care of it. We have noticed young children do love to vacuum. Not only will this foster the independence and being self sufficient but it will help all students to take pride in their space plus help out our thin staff of custodial staff. A clean space is a happy and healthy space!
