My students need team stations designated by their team colors to help facilitate their learning together as teammates. This includes paper trays, a rotating caddy, and soft seats.

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
We are a third grade English language classroom that focuses on students reading and writing. My students come from a low economic background but do not allow that to interfere with their potential within the classroom.
My students continue to give me their best efforts; so I am using any and all methods I can think of to support them.
We have an established T.E.A.M. (Together Everyone Achieves More) concept in my classroom that is used to help prove to my students that we can do more together than we can alone.
My Project
Building off of last years T.E.A.M. concept I would like to give each team their own set of items to work with within the classrooms. My students took great pride in working together last year and I want my new students to enjoy this concept while having additional color coded supplies to work with.
We already have team colored tables and chairs for the students to work in team groups or learning stations - I would like them to also have team colored supplies that match these stations.
I have witnessed this concept work wonders for my students interaction with each other and any support of this will only increase its effectiveness. As a former military member, I truly believe we get nowhere individually that we can't go further together.
