Help me give my students materials that include larger crayons, flexible seating, sensory academic products, and toys to assist them to strive for greatness.
My classroom will consist of K-2 special education students. They have a variety of disabilities, but that never holds them back from giving their best effort each and every day. They are brilliant, creative, loving, and supportive of one another.
My students will be shown that they are capable of doing anything they put their mind to if they work at it.
Some struggles that need to be worked on with my students are fine motor skills, communication skills, and enhancing their abilities to be closer to grade level.
My Project
The materials that I have chosen will be a great start to a brand new classroom. I want to give my students a variety of opportunity to excel by allowing them to embrace their individual learning style. I have a variety of sensory and fine motor products that will be helpful to increase their skills while they are still learning.
Each child is very special in their own ways, they just need the right tools and guidance to move forward.
My project will be focused on gaining materials to guide each child toward their full potential. I have been blessed to be chosen to have a classroom full of children who work each day to gain knowledge.
