This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I have one of the most amazing class of students, I may be a bit biased but I do not truly believe so. They are caring, loving, and always on the go. Every day we try our best to learn academics, functional, daily living, and social-emotional skills. What we have found is that there more fun to be had when we have hands on learning experiences. Manipulatives are very effective for our students and this ranges from math manipulatives to magnetic letters. Realia helps my students to understand the world around them, and this applies to community helpers as well.
