Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

I want to teach my students how to create t-shirts, cups, mugs and hats. They can learn another form of art by designing and creating items they can wear and use on a daily basis. I want to give them the opportunity to have the freedom to express themselves through their art and be able to show off what they have created. Once they perfect their craft we can possibly have a fund raiser to get others to support their artwork. My students love to express themselves so why not give them a creative and fun way to do so.
