First grade students have much difficulty wrapping up cords for their headphones and mouse. In the past, I have upgraded to wireless mice and it's been exceptionally helpful! Unfortunately, as with all electronics, they are at the end of their life span. While I try not to use computers too often since excessive screen time is unhealthy, we do use them occasionally for required testing and other learning activities.
In addition to replacing broken mice, I am requesting wireless headphones as well.
Headphone wires are easily broken when students are plugging/unplugging and wrapping cords in addition to getting knots and tangles, so my hope is this will alleviate those issues.
Last, we are in need of fresh whiteboard markers, batteries for the mice, a charging port for charging headphones, sticky notes, and a set of stickers for labeling headphones and mice so each student has their own set.
