This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our rooms get cleaned once a day but 1st graders can be very messy! My students do a great job picking up after themselves, but sometimes there are messes that are beyond their grasp. I am asking for a rumba that can run while the students are at lunch to ensure that the room is constantly clean. I am also asking for handheld vacuums so my students can take turns cleaning their own little messes.

The goal is to teach my students responsibility over cleaning after themselves and being able to work in a clean and sanitary environment.
