This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I teach newly arrived students with limited or interrupted education. They often lack the background knowledge needed to understand the lessons I teach them. This VR set will allow them to transport to various parts of the world without leaving the classroom. Students will be able to research topics as a whole class and small groups and then work with the Quest independently. The VR Sets will aid learning in every topic across the curriculum.
The VR Sets will allow my students to have more fun while learning about their world and multicultural places around them.
