Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Please help me encourage students to read by providing them with a comfortable spot to relax and enjoy a good book! Reading is at the heart of learning, and providing a soft, welcoming spot with the requested bean bags chairs to enjoy a book can make all the difference in motivating students to dive into new stories, build fluency, and develop a lifelong love of reading. Students learn through reading and a comfortable spot is the perfect way to encourage them and motivate them to sit and get lost in a good book. A good book and a comfortable spot for students will be so helpful in encouraging them to read, relax and explore. A comfortable spot also encourages student to collaborate their learning and grow! Chapter books are an important part of helping students continue to grow and learn to love reading and “Wonders” is a wonderful grade level appropriate book to read for students. Please help me bring this project to life!
