This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are always excited and highly self motivated when singing or playing guitar; they never want to leave the music room. They attend a public school of high poverty. It is always a situation of first come, first served.

They often ask, "How long will it take before I get good?" A school semester is usually just enough to prepare students for a recital or performance.

Without the right gear, it's like preparing for failure; progress can become impossible.

My Project

Bringing in 3 new music stands to our students will benefit everyone in the classroom. Students are always curious as to how they will sound on stage after so many rehearsals.

Your contribution will highly impact over 200 students in their learning.

Without all the right gear, their learning and motivation can easily be handicapped. In music having a music stand is crucial.

With your help, this project will bring 3 music stands to our students; this will make a huge difference in their learning and improve their music artistry. Learning will take place at a whole new level. Students will be making music.
