My Project

Imagine digital drawings becoming playable video games! In this collaborative project, art students will use drawing tablets to create video game characters and environments, as computer science students translate their artistic visions into code, bringing the game to life!

Students will gain valuable, real-world experience in their disciplines, while honing their collaboration and communication skills.

This project will break down barriers of the traditional classroom, creating a mutual and collaborative understanding of the creative process for all students involved.

Access to these drawing tablets will open up a world of possibilities for my art students, allowing them to explore techniques, tools and processes transcending some of the limitations of traditional art forms. With unlimited undo's and redo's, digital tablets allow students to create freely without fear of mistakes. The tablets will unlock artistic potential for years to come!
