Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My multilingual students are working in small intervention groups to strengthen reading skills in Spanish. As this is the first year that we are able to provide Spanish reading intervention, I am working on gathering enough interactive materials for my students.
Please help me give my students one tablet to aid in interactive, multi-sensory reading intervention lessons.
A lot of my students are learning to read with dyslexia, and this tablet will help me provide multi-sensory activities for students which is essential. With this tablet, students will be able to practice segmenting and blending words using multi-sensory, digital tools.
