Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My amazing and energetic kindergarten and first-grade students work really hard. I want to celebrate my students' learning efforts, by gifting them school spirit t-shirts when they move on to the next grade level.

The materials purchased will be used to create custom school spirit t-shirts for every student in my classroom.

I will be able to cut the white vinyl and then use the heat press to create the shirts. The t-shirts will acknowledge my students' hard work and dedication to learning and their promotion to the next grade level. I chose red t-shirts, as that is our school color. I will create these shirts to give at the end of the year. My students will wear these custom t-shirts for our end-of-the-year school assembly. Once I have the supplies, I will be able to continue to make each new class of students their own grade level and school spirit shirts.
