My fifth grade students work hard each day to show core values of respect, responsibility, integrity and growth mindset. When they go above and beyond in demonstrating these characteristics, I often provide a small, sweet incentive for their leadership!
I would love to be able to have a fully stocked sweet treat bin as a classroom incentive to last us through several months of school!
As students' positive behavior choices are reinforced through small rewards, I see other students catching on and wanting to demonstrate those positive traits as well. We would be so appreciative to have a variety of treats to choose from!
