Help me give my students the supplies needed to support the school's facility dog. The treats, toys, and towels will directly support the needs of the dog while he is at school.

My Project

We are committed to meeting the social emotional needs of all of our students in innovative ways. We are doing this by implementing a school facility dog. The facility dog is chosen and trained specifically for this role where he can make classroom visits throughout the school day! His home base is our STEM lab, where students consistently come to play with him.

The students and teachers can visit the facility dog during the day to decompress or with any social emotional needs he or she may have during the school day.

Our goal is to provide the treats and cleaning towels to meet the needs of the facility dog. The toys will give the students a chance to interact with the dog. The other materials will to keep the dog safe and comfortable when at school.

The goal is to have an emotional support area that is welcoming for student and the dog. We hope that this gives the students a chance to be open with their feeling and able to have a calming area to seat with the facility dog.
