Support Our Love of Physical Education in Bush Alaska!

Help me give my students much-needed sports equipment for gym activities and organized sports during physical education classes. We desperately need replacements. Basketball and parachite activities are a great way to relieve stress and build teamwork and inclusion!

My Project

Our students depend not only on sports but also on the school as a safe place. All of the requested equipment will be used daily for many reasons including physical education and social emotional learning support. It not only promotes activity but also teamwork and mental health and allows for teachers to utilize organized sports throughout the school day.

Physical education and social emotional learning skills learned through organized sports help students be successful in the classroom and outside of the classroom.

Organized physical education keeps our students' mind's and bodies healthy. The requested sports equipment is vital to teachers to implement both social emotional health and physical education classes as well as organized sports throughout the school. Our students thrive when participating in sporting events and physical education in school. The parachute is great for K-5 and the jump ropes and other balls requested in the project will benefit 200 students through organized sports and physical education classes.
