Support High School Student Athletes

Help me give my students the ability to play high school sports by helping purchase baseball gloves.

My Students

Our students athletes are incredibly motivated and wonderful. They constantly strive to learn and grow by bettering the world around them not only through academics but also through sports.

Within the Southwest Raider baseball team, players and coaches focus on learning skills that will empower them throughout their lives.

These students are involved on campus in athletics and student leadership all while taking rigorous courses. This pandemic hit especially hard because my students had to become child care workers and primary income earners for their families while maintaining their grades and mental and emotional health. They missed out on team sports which is a fundamental part of high school for many students

My Project

If this project is fully funded, our student athletes will play baseball (some for the first time in their lives).

Our student athletes will learn teamwork, collaboration, communication and goal-setting.

They'll learn how to push through difficult times in a difficult game. They'll find a reason to attend classes and stay eligible even if school isn't their favorite place to be.

Please help our student experience team sports in high school and make a difference in a teen's life. We greatly appreciate any amount you can donate. Every bit helps.
