Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students come from various backgrounds and economic statuses. This school year I have students from four nations and four different native languages. Despite these differences, all of my students come to school ready to learn.

Purchasing new school supplies throughout the school year is not always a priority for many of my families.

Help me provide my students with equitable access to the basic school supplies needed to be successful in fourth grade. Students will need access to Expo markers, scissors, and pencils in order to track their thinking in interactive notebooks and show their work in mathematics. Additionally, items like Kleenex tissues are a classroom must during this cold and flu season!
